With almost two decades of experience managing elite equestrian estates across Texas, Canada, and Florida, and as a former professional polo player myself, I bring a unique and deeply rooted understanding of the luxury lifestyle, the equestrian world, and the high standards expected by high-net-worth property owners.
My hands-on experience building and maintaining world-class estates has shaped the foundation of Maple & Palm’s meticulous, service-driven approach. I’ve lived and breathed this lifestyle, and I know what it takes to keep a property running flawlessly, whether it’s a high-end rental, an equestrian facility, or a private estate.
As a highly organized and results-driven management professional, I hold myself to the highest standards of accountability. I lead with compassion, manage with precision, and stay laser-focused on every detail to ensure each job is completed on time and beyond expectations. I pride myself on being a people-first leader who values communication, trust, and long-term relationships with staff, clients, and partners alike.
